What's in the name?

"Dar" is in memory of great grandfather - Mr. Edward Woodcock who was known to most as Dar. The son of an English mariner Dar was married to Ms. Amelina Petrousse and together they gave birth and raise their only daughter Ms. Monique Woodcock. She would grow up a staunch conservative religious catholic woman who married Mr. Francois SINON and unlike her mother she gave birth to 16 children of which 12 made it to adulthood and had children of their own. She was known to all her children and Grand Children as ManDou or Sweet Mother.

‍"Douce" is in memory of Monique SINON - ManDou, who to her friends was simple known as "Douce" or "Sweet" is the nature of the apartments that will welcome you for your relaxing stay in Paradise. Your stay will be sweet and nice with your harmless, helpful and conservative character of your host who has not failed to encapsulate and live the legacy of the late sweet mother - Mandou
